Taylor F. Williams-Moniz is a partner at Odom Law Group, APLC, with a specialty in corporate, real estate and probate litigation as well as estate planning, trust administration, business transactions and general real estate matters. Prior to joining OLG, Mrs. Williams-Moniz was a partner at Young & Williams LLP, directing her practice toward civil litigation including real estate, business transactions, and bankruptcy matters as well as probate, estate planning, trust litigation and landlord/tenant issues. Taylor’s strengths include connecting with clients, understanding complex issues, and communicating and advocating for her clients efficiently and effectively.
Taylor graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. While completing her undergraduate studies, Taylor studied abroad in Sicily, Italy at the Mediterranean Center for Arts and Sciences and focused on the Italian Mafia. She received her Juris Doctor in 2011 from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school Taylor clerked for the governor of Texas. In addition, Taylor served as an Associate Editor for the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.
Taylor was admitted to the California bar in 2011 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Central and Eastern Districts of California), Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Taylor is a member of the American Bar Association, Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association and San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Taylor served on the Board of Directors of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and is a former president of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association. Taylor also co-hosted “Real Estate: It’s That Simple!” on Friday mornings on KHTS radio where she discussed all things real estate related.
