Throughout her career, Claudia has represented both privately held and publicly traded companies across a broad range of industries. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, financing transactions, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, commercial contracts, entity formation, business succession planning, and strategic business counseling. Claudia graduated first in her class from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as Book Review Editor of the Denver University Law Review. She also earned both a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. Her legal education, combined with her MBA, provides a unique perspective that enables her to understand not only the legal issues her clients face, but also the business realities behind every decision.
Throughout her career, Claudia has remained actively involved in both the legal profession and her community. She is a Past President of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association and was honored with the organization’s Founder’s Award in recognition of her leadership and service. She is admitted to practice law in both California and Colorado.
