Of counsel to Odom Law, Claudia brings a rich practice spanning over 30 years of complex mergers, acquisitions, and transactional negotiations in corporate, securities and commercial law. From incorporation to business plans and beyond, Claudia has worked closely with companies at every step of their legal journey.

Claudia practices a particularly fine touch with publicly traded companies, and her expertise knows no limits – she has partnerships with both US and international clients.

Among her more particular specialties, Claudia boasts deep familiarity with both federal and state securities laws and compliance issues under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. She also advises in shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, real estate transactions, estate planning and trust administration.

Claudia built her rich career on a foundation of superior scholarship: she graduated at the top of her class from University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and also served as Book Review editor for the University of Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Computer Science from Florida International University.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, for which she served as its past president and a trustee for many years.
